摘要
依据煤炭企业在破产重组中存在的主要问题,对冗员现象进行了分析,并根据煤炭企业破产工作实践,提出了自然减员和硬性减员,岗位兼、并、代减员,新技术减员等措施。认为,通过建立精干高效的人力资源管理新机制,可增强企业在市场中的竞争力。
The paper introduced the main problems existed in the bankruptcy reorganization of coal enterprises and analyzed the redundant personnel emergence phenomenon occurred. According to the practices on the bankruptcy work of the coal enter- prise, the measures including the natural staff reduction and forced staff reduction, post merger to replace the staff reduction, new technology staff reduction and other measure were provided. With the establishment of a new mechanism of the capable and efficient human resources management, the market competition of the enterprise was enhanced.
