摘要
以黑龙江龙煤矿业集团为研究对象,通过运用文献梳理、历史分析和深入访谈等分析方法,对该企业文化建设存在的问题及未来趋势进行了深入分析。提出,应在"安全为先,产量为次"文化理念指引下,重新塑造以"安全为首,发展为根本,提升管理为手段,员工满意为落脚点"的系统性文化体系,同时阐述了企业文化体系保障重塑的具体策略。
Taking Heilongjiang Longmey Mining Group as a study object, with the documents review, historical analysis, deep interview and other analysis method, an analysis was conducted on the problems existed in the enterprise culture construction and the future tendency. Under the guidance of the culture conception of the "safety first and production output second" , a systematic culture system of "safety first, development as base, improved management as means, staff satisfaction as a foot- hold" was reconstructed. Meanwhile concrete strategy to protect the reconstruction of he enterprise culture system were provided.
