基于SWOT分析模型的江门市口岸物流平台建设研究

A Research on the Constructing of Port Logistics in Jiangmen City Based on the SWOT Analysis Model

近年来广东省江门市随着投资力度的加大,使企业对口岸物流平台提出了更高的要求,把企业对口岸物流的需求和提高口岸物流效率相结合作为一个重要课题,运用SWOT分析模型对江门市口岸物流业的发展优势和弱势、面临的威胁和机遇进行了分析,并提出了针对口岸物流平台发展的政策建议,并充分认识口岸物流对提高物流效率的作用及未来发展方向。

The port logistics platform has been required to upgrade in Jiangmen city along with the increasingly intensive capital requirement in recent years. Hence it has become an important academic issue to integrate port logistics demand to improve the efficiency of port logistics. This paper has applied the SWOT model to analyze strengths; weaknesses, threats and opportunities with regard to the development of port logistics in Ji^gmen city. And further relative suggestions has been made as well on the regonition based on the awareness to the importance of port logistics to the overall performance of logistics efficiency.
