摘要
传统的桶装油料保障方式效率低下,难以满足海军现实需求,随车吊兼备运输和起重功能,能大幅提高保障效率。文章针对随车吊的特点,在分析影响随车吊结构形式选择的因素基础上,建立评价指标体系。首先由专家组根据三角模糊数值表对各层指标的权重和两种结构形式随车吊在各指标属性下的值进行评判,构建评判矩阵;其次综合各位专家的评判结果,进行归一化和去模糊化处理;最后用TOPSIS法对各指标进行计算,得出综合评价结果。该模型也可用于其他指标不多时的方案比选。
As traditional supply method of barrel oil is so low-efficient that can not meet navy' need, Vehicle lifter Could greatly improve the efficiency because of its dual function of transportation and lifting. In response to the characteristics of vehicle lifter, corresponding evaluation index system based on the analysis of several influencing factors is built in this paper. Firstly, judgement matrixs are built based on the judgement of expert group according to triangular fuzzy numbers. Secondly, synthesizing the results of judgement, normalizing and defuzzifying those judgement matrixs. Finally, calculating by technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution and getting the evaluation result. The model proposed in this paper can also be applied in other schemes' selection which has only a few evaluation indexs.
