我国全科医学教育的PEST分析及策略选择

PEST Analysis and Strategy Selection of General Practice Education in China

我国全科医学教育起步较晚,目前尚未建立统一、有效的全科医学教育制度。PEST分析法是现代管理中分析战略或组织外部环境的一种方法。本研究应用PEST分析法,从政治因素、经济因素、社会因素和技术因素4个方面,对我国全科医学教育的现状和困境进行了深入剖析,并提出了加强全科医学教育的系统性策略、可持续发展策略和国际化策略。

It was late to start general practice education in China.A unified and effective model of general practice education system had not been established.The PEST analysis is a method of strategy analysis or organization of external environment.By using the PEST analysis,we deeply explore the present status and difficulties of general practice education were explored in terms of the political,economic,social and technological factors,and put forth the systematic strategy,sustainable development strategy and internationalization strategy to enhance the general practice education.
