社区综合服务团队对精神分裂症患者家庭的干预效果分析

Effects of Comprehensive Community Interventions on Families of Schizophrenia Patients

目的探讨综合服务团队干预对社区精神分裂症患者家庭的影响。方法多阶段随机抽样选取102例患者及家属,使用简单随机抽样的抽签法随机分为对照组(n=52)与研究组(n=50)。由综合服务团队对50例研究组家庭提供干预,1年后与52例对照组家庭进行比较,比较方法包括采用家庭负担会谈量表(FIs)、生活满意度指数A量表(LSIA)评定家属情况,采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评定患者情况并分析复发率。结果采用非参数检验,干预1年后两组样本间LSIA总分(Z=-1.973,P<0.05)及SDSS总分(Z=-0.912,P<0.05)差异有统计学意义,FIs总分(Z=-0.802,P>0.05)差异无统计学意义;研究组患者复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.010,P<0.05)。结论综合服务团队干预有利于改善精神分裂症家属生活满意度,减少患者复发,提高其社会功能,可以考虑逐步纳入社区精神卫生日常服务。

Objective To study the effects of comprehensive community interventions on families of schizophrenia patients. Methods A total of 102 patients with schizophrenia were selected through multi-stage random sampling.They were randomly divided into an intervention group（n=50） and a control group（n=52）.Comprehensive community interventions were given to the intervention group for 1 year,while the control group only received common services.All patients were assessed by Social Disability Screening Schedule（SDSS）.Their family members were assessed at baseline and the end of the year using Family Interview schedule（FIs） and Life Satisfaction Index A（LSIA）. Results Non-parametric test results showed that after one year of intervention,the scores of LISA（Z=-1.973,P0.05） and SDSS（Z=-0.912,P0.05）were significantly different between the two groups,while the score of FIs（Z=-0.802,P0.05）showed no differences.The recurrence rate of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group（χ2=4.010,P0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive community intervention can reduce the recurrence rate and improve the social function of patients with schizophrenia,and improve the life satisfaction of family members of schizophrenia patients.
