摘要
本文通过分析1例频发低血糖昏迷的老年1型糖尿病患者的社区医院救治过程,即依靠大医院的先进技术力量,对患者病情重新评估,调整治疗,密切随访,监测血糖,患者病情逐渐稳定,进而思考并推动社区医疗发展的新模式。
A case of frequent hypoglycemic coma in an elderly patient with type 1 diabetes was treated in our center.We used the advanced technologies in the hospital to evaluate the patient′s condition and adjusted our treatment plan accordingly.Then we conducted follow-ups and blood glucose monitoring on a regular basis.The patient′s condition stabilized and improved.Community health services can be improved with joint efforts of large hospitals.
