网络多媒体应用体系结构研究

Research on Architectures for Networked Multimedia Applications

针对网络多媒体应用体系结构，分析了通用的轻型会话系统模型ＬＷＳ和应用层组帧ＡＬＦ的设计原则．对分组交换网和电路交换网上的多媒体网络应用体系结构进行了比较分析，并指出目前存在的不足．提出了基于可编程网络的网络多媒体应用结构框架，以期为解决目前存在问题提供新思路．

Focus on architectures of networked multimedia applications, the light-weight sessions (LWS) and the application level framing (ALF) were analyzed in the paper. Then we compared the architectures based on the packet network and the circuit-switch network and pointed out their drawbacks. Based on the related analysis, a new networked multimedia architecture combined with programmable networks was proposed. Both good and weak points of the new architecture were also presented in the paper.
