胰岛素样生长因子-1与糖尿病合并骨质疏松的关系研究进展

Research Progress of the Relationship between Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 and Diabetes Combined with Osteoporosis

糖尿病在全世界范围内呈增高趋势,其急、慢性并发症严重危害着患者的健康,而骨质疏松被认为是其慢性并发症之一,故应重视糖尿病与骨质疏松的关系研究。糖尿病骨质疏松的产生与许多因素有关,有研究证实糖尿病患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平低,IGF-1与胰岛素敏感性密切相关,而这也是骨折发生的危险因素。血液循环中的IGF-1水平在骨量的获得和维持上起关键作用。故对IGF-1的研究为临床诊断和治疗糖尿病及骨质疏松提供了新的思路。本文就IGF-1与糖尿病合并骨质疏松的关系研究进展进行综述。

The incidence of diabetes is seeing an increase worldwide,and its acute and chronic complications have been severely affecting the health the diabetes patients.Osteoporosis is regarded as one of the chronic complications of diabetes,for which the relationship between diabetes and osteoporosis should be paid close attention to.The occurrence of osteoporosis in diabetes is related to many factors,and researches have proved that diabetes patients have a low level of IGF-1,which is closely related to the sensitivity of insulin,a risk factor for fracture.IGF-1 also plays an important role in gaining and maintaining bone mass.The study on IGF-1 has provided new concepts for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis and diabetes.This paper summarizes the study progress of the relationship between IGF-1 and osteoporosis in diabetes.
