摘要
甲状腺疾病近年来发病率呈上升趋势,线粒体在肿瘤发生中的作用正日益受到重视。有文献报道线粒体结构功能的异常,如线粒体生物氧化功能的改变、激活介导的细胞凋亡途径异常、DNA突变等均与肿瘤发生、发展密切相关。线粒体内存在甲状腺激素受体P28及P43,故本文就线粒体内甲状腺激素受体P28及P43与甲状腺良恶性疾病的关系研究进行综述。
In recent years,the incidence of thyroid diseases is seeing an increase,and the role of mitochondria is being increasingly valued.Some literatures have reported that the abnormalities of mitochondrial structure and function,like biological oxidation function changes of mitochondria,abnormal activation and DNA mutation,is closely related to the occurrence and development of cancer.There are thyroid hormone receptors P28 and P43 in mitochondria,and this paper summarizes the relationship between the thyroid hormone receptors P28 and P43 and thyroid benign and malignant diseases.
