摘要
分析了平流层通信系统的结构和特点，在此基础上构造了平流层通信系统分段结构模型，并将蜂窝移动无线ＡＴＭ技术引入平流层通信系统集成应用环境；着重研究了无线接入ＡＴＭ和蜂窝移动ＡＴＭ，其中针对蜂窝移动无线ＡＴＭ的差错控制、蜂窝小区切换、移动终端位置管理等关键技术问题作了详细探讨．
The structure and characteristic of the stratospheric communication system is analyzed in this paper. Based on it, the segmental architecture of the stratospheric communication system is discussed. Then the cellular wireless ATM is intreduced into the integrated application environment of the stratospheric communication system. And a further discussion about wireless access ATM and cellular ATM is made.
