摘要
本文重点描述了项目控制软件、材料管理软件、管道施工管理软件在项目执行过程中的具体运用。这三个管理软件的成功运用对某项目提前6个月实现合同目标起到了一定的作用,并解决了“人力资源协调难、材料管理乱、施工过程缺材料”的难题。对其它类似项目管理具有参考价值。
The article focuses on describing the application of The Project Control Software, Material Management Software and Piping Construction Management Software during the execution of the project. These successful appli cation management software plays a certain role to six months advance of the contracted period, and solves the di fficult problems that "The harmony of Manpower Resource, Material management confusion, The shortage of mater ial in the process of construction". This may has some reference value for other similar project.
