More and more Chinese companies step out of China and start to participate in the international market while China＇s economy booming in the waves of globalization. These Chinese companies have made remarkable progress and rapid development through conversion and adjustment after constant exploration and attempts. Currently, the international contracting market are confronting with complicated political situation and variable economical structure, which have engendered most serious challenges to the Chinese companies. How to accommodate to the complicated and variable international market environment and to settle these challenges is a common issue that all the Chinese companies who have participated and planned to participate in the international business should think about. The writer tries to summarize the environment and challenges of international contracting market based on the company＇s own experiences in the international business development that he is working for and hopes the information could be useful and helpful to those companies involved in international business.
