农村“三集中”建设背景下乡镇体育文化比较研究——以江苏省江阴市为例

A Comparative Study of PE Culture in Rural Areas in the Background of “Three Centralization” Construction

采用比较研究等方法,对农村"三集中"建设背景下不同条件的乡镇进行体育文化发展对比研究,表明:经济的发展固然是体育文化发展的重要保证,但不是必然的因素;乡镇政府应从战略的高度大力发展体育文化事业,让百姓享受社会发展的成果,提升地方文化软实力;在农民物质生活得到充分保障的基础上,基层政府必须对村民的健身工作有所作为,从而丰富农村文化内涵。

Based on the comparative study method, the paper probes into PE culture development in rural areas under different conditions in the background of ＂three centralization＂ construction. It indicates that economic de- velopment can ensure PE culture development, but it isn＇ t a deciding factor. The rural governments should vigor- ously promote PE culture from a strategic viewpoint, so that common people can enjoy the social achievement, which can enhance the ＂soft - power＂ of local culture. On the basis that peasants＇ material life is guaranteed, lo- cal governments must take measures to promote the villagers＇ physical training in order to enrich the rural culture.
