摘要
探讨了新一代Ｗｅｂ的基础ＸＭＬ的体系结构及特点，并对ＸＭＬ与ＨＴＭＬ进行比较。提出了一个基于ＸＭＬ的ＨＩＳ系统设计框架。
This article analyses the framework of XML which is the base of the new generation of Web .We have a discussion on the difference of HTML and XML. Furthermore we present a solution to make HIS based on XML of the new generation of Web.
