摘要
对中、基层干部工作业绩评价问题作了研究,将模糊评判方法应用于干部考核.提出了一种数据模型,并结合实例进行了讨论,该方法是有效的,可以给组织、人事部门提供一种较科学的干部考核方法和客观的人事变动依据.
This paper researched problem of appraisc about work achievement of middle-level cadre, it is on assess of cadre by fuzzy iudgement method. and brings forth a mathematics mode. besides waged discussion with esample. The method is vary effective. it affords a comparative scientific method of cadre assessing and impersonal foundation of personnel swapping for the organizing department & personnel management department.
