唇腭裂患儿中先天性心脏病发生率的统计分析

The incidence of congenital heart disease in children with cleft lip and palate

目的:探讨唇腭裂患儿中先天性心脏病的发生率。方法:回顾性分析广州市社会福利院收治的唇腭裂患儿226例,分成单纯唇裂组、单纯腭裂组及唇裂合并腭裂组三组,对三组患儿进行统计学分析。结果:226例患儿中共检出先天性心脏病16例,发生率为7.08%。其中,唇裂组患儿先天性心脏病发生率为14.29%,腭裂组患儿先天性心脏病发生率为20.00%。结论:唇腭裂患儿先天性心脏病的发生率是普通人群的10倍。

Objective：To explore the incidence of congenital heart disease in children with cleft lip and palate. Methods： 226 cases of cleft lip and palate were divided into cleft lip group, cleft palate group and cleft lip with cleft palate group, three groups were statistically analyzed. Results： Detec ted 16 cases of congenital heart disease,the total incidence rate of 7.08%. Wherein, cleft lip group of congenital heart disease incidence of 14.29% , cleft palate group was 20.00%. Conclusion：The incidence of congenital heart disease in children with cleft lip and palate is 10 times that of the general popu- lation.
