学前教育均衡发展刍议

A Discussion on Balanced Development of Preschool Education

学前教育均衡发展的问题正逐渐引起人们的重视。实际上,学前教育均衡的理念包含三个层次:即学前教育起点均衡、过程均衡和结果均衡。从上述三个方面来考察,可发现我国的学前教育存在着巨大的不均衡现象,而造成这种现象的原因主要有:学前教育投资结构不合理;法律缺失、政府责任不明;对学前教育的重要性认识不足等。基于上述分析,提出一些建议和思考。

The problem of balanced development of preschool education has gradually attracted people’s attention.In fact,the concept of the balance of preschool education includes three levels： the balance of the starting point,the balance of the process and the balance of the re-sults.Based on the above three aspects,a huge imbalance could be found in our preschool education.And the reasons for this phenomenon are as follows： the investment structure of the preschool education is unreasonable;there’s a lack of the law for preschool education and also the governmental responsibility is unkown;the importance of preschool education has not been fully recognized.Finally,based on the above analy-sis,some suggestions and thoughts are put forward.
