摘要 学前教育均衡发展的问题正逐渐引起人们的重视。实际上,学前教育均衡的理念包含三个层次:即学前教育起点均衡、过程均衡和结果均衡。从上述三个方面来考察,可发现我国的学前教育存在着巨大的不均衡现象,而造成这种现象的原因主要有:学前教育投资结构不合理;法律缺失、政府责任不明;对学前教育的重要性认识不足等。基于上述分析,提出一些建议和思考。 The problem of balanced development of preschool education has gradually attracted people’s attention.In fact,the concept of the balance of preschool education includes three levels: the balance of the starting point,the balance of the process and the balance of the re-sults.Based on the above three aspects,a huge imbalance could be found in our preschool education.And the reasons for this phenomenon are as follows: the investment structure of the preschool education is unreasonable;there’s a lack of the law for preschool education and also the governmental responsibility is unkown;the importance of preschool education has not been fully recognized.Finally,based on the above analy-sis,some suggestions and thoughts are put forward.
