大学生适应性、认知灵活性与情感幸福感的关系研究

The Relationship Among Cognitive Flexibility,College Students Adaptability and Affective Well-being

探讨大学生认知灵活性、适应性与情感幸福感的关系,为增进大学生心理健康探索新的途径。采取整群抽样方法,运用认知灵活性量表、大学生适应性量表和积极情感-消极情感量表对某高校223名大学生进行调查。大学生认知灵活性存在性别、是否独生子女、是否班干部和城乡的差异;认知灵活性与积极情感和消极情感,与大学生适应性及其各维度之间存在显著相关;大学生认知灵活性对积极情感具有显著的正向预测作用;大学生适应性在认知灵活性和积极、消极情感之间有部分中介作用。对大学生的心理健康教育应从提高认知灵活性的角度入手,来增进大学生适应性和积极情感体验。

To investigate the relationship among college student cognitive flexibility,adaptability and affective well-being,to provide ref-erence for college student psychological healthy education.Cognitive flexibility scale,college student adaptability inventory and positive-nega-tive affect scale were conducted among 223 college students by using cluster sampling method.Results College student cognitive flexibility was associated with sex,only one child or not,grade leader or not and home location;cognitive flexibility was related to positive-negative affect and adaptability significantly;cognitive flexibility could significantly predict positive affect positively;college student adaptability played a partly mediating role between cognitive flexibility and positive-negative affect.The college student adaptability and well-being were promoted by improving cognitive flexibility.
