高校管理职员职业高原现象探究

Analysis on Career Plateau of Administrative Staff in the University

打造结构优化、素质精良的管理职员队伍,为教学科研、人才培养提供优质服务和坚实保障,是建设世界一流大学的必然要求。然而,高校管理职员队伍中普遍存在的职业高原现象令人堪忧。在归纳不同类型管理职员职业高原特点的基础上,从组织结构、工作内容以及个人需求三个方面分析职业高原成因,进而从组织和个人层面提出解决对策。

Excellent administrative staff in the university plays quite an important role in terms of services for teaching and research.Therefore,career plateau is very common in the university nowadays.Based on the characters of different kinds of administrative staff in the process of career plateau,this paper analyses causes from three aspects including organizational structure,work contents and individual needs,and then proposes countermeasures from angles of individuals and organization.
