摘要 结合中石化华北分公司在鄂尔多斯盆地大牛地气田部署的一口超长半径(2000 m)的水平井——DP31H井,逐个分析各个阶段施工中存在的难点问题,找出相应的对策。该井钻井过程中遇到有二开Ф311.2 mm井眼的快速钻进、井眼曲率、三开超长水平段施工带来的钻头选型、岩屑床、托压等一系列技术难题,通过采取合理的技术措施,圆满地完成了施工任务,并为今后施工超长水平段钻井提供了宝贵的经验。 Based on the DP31H well in Daniudi gas field of Ordos basin, which is a horizontal well with 2000m super-long radius, the difficulties in each section construction are analyzed with the countermeasures. In the drilling process, fast drilling and borehole curvature in the second section with 0311.2mm; bit selection, cutting bed and back pressure in the third super-long horizontal construction were encountered. By the rational technical measures, the construction was success- fully finished.
