Experimental study on microscopic percolation mechanism of polymer microsphere profile control and flooding by nuclear magnetic resonance

摘要 利用核磁共振研究聚合物微球调驱渗流机理,设计了不同粒径微球的注入实验,从微观角度分析了聚合物微球的驱油效果与驱油机理.对驱替后岩心不同直径孔隙内的流体分布进行了研究,得到了水驱、聚合物微球驱、后续水驱阶段驱出油的孔径范围以及剩余油分布.实验结果表明,聚合物微球调驱能够有效动用岩心中不同孔径中剩余油.不同尺寸聚合物微球对岩心的适应性不同,微米级微球主要适用于高渗岩心,纳米级微球主要适用于低渗岩心. The profile control and flooding experiments of polymer microsphere of different grain size are carried out using the artificial cores with different permeability,and the displacement results and displacement mechanisms are studied by NMR.Fluid distributions in the core pores of different size ranges after water flooding,polymer microsphere flooding and subsequent water flooding are analyzed by NMR spectroscopy,and the recovery rates of the core pores of different size ranges after water flooding,polymer microsphere flooding and subsequent water flooding are obtained.It is shown that the remaining oil in the pores of different size ranges can be driven out by polymer microsphere profile control and flooding,but the polymer microsphere of different size is suitable to the cores of different permeability.The microsphere of micrometer size is suitable to high permeability cores,and the microsphere of nanometer size is suitable to low permeability cores.
