摘要
我国现行的征地补偿标准较之原来的土地补偿标准有了较大提高,体现了征地补偿的公平性,防止了征地补偿的随意性,在一定程度上能够降低征地难度。但是也造成了相邻区域补偿水平相差太大,不同地却同价,依然采用老的计算方式和政府定价,未完全体现土地价值等问题。应积极推进征地制度改革,建立健全相关机制,完善相关法律法规,完善以市场机制为主导的征地补偿机制。
This paper mainly introduces the standard of land expropriation compensation in force as it tries to deal with initiatives aimed at reflecting fairness, and preventing arbitrariness; however, this situation occurs as a result of a very wide compensation gap between the adjacent regions; different regions with the same price; staying with old calculation method and government pricing; and insufficient reflection of land value. Some methods required for improvement： actively promoting the land requisition system reform; establishing and improving the relevant mechanisms; perfecting relevant laws and regulations, and compensation mechanisms with the market-oriented mechanism.
