中国煤层气产业化动力系统分析

Analysis on Dynamical Systems of Industrialization of Coal-bed Methane in China

煤层气产业化的动因有技术创新驱动、社会经济需求拉动、政府推动、配套实施支撑、人力资源支撑、资金保障、资源保障和制度保障。其中,技术创新驱动、安全与能源需求拉动和政府推动是煤层气产业化的动力要素;配套设施支撑、资金保障、资源保障和制度保障是煤层气产业化的支撑要素。根据煤层气产业化动力系统,要加快中国煤层气产业化,关键在于提升需求拉动、加强技术创新驱动、加大政府推动、加强配套实施支持、加强人力资源支撑、加强资金保障、加强资源保障和制度保障。

This paper analyses the causes concerning the industrialization of coal-bed methane. It points out that technology innovation driving, the demand pull of safety and energy, and government pull are driving factors; and supporting implementation, capital, resource and system guarantee are the supporting factors for the industrialization coal-bed methane. According to dynamical systems, we must make great efforts on the above-mentioned factors so that the industrialization of coal-bed methane can be realized.
