地勘企业国际化经营的风险分析与对策

Risk Analysis and Measures for International Operation of Geological Prospecting Enterprises

伴随着全球经济一体化的快速发展,地勘企业通过入股、收购资源开发东道国企业等方式开启了国际化发展的进程。地勘企业推进国际化经营面临的主要风险有:政治风险、汇率风险、市场风险、跨文化管理的风险、财务风险和技术风险。通过建立风险与机会分析模型,提出了防范措施:(1)加强国际化经营的风险管理,及时对风险进行处理;(2)在实施国际化经营战略的基础上,建立完善的国际化风险管理体系;(3)地勘企业在实施国际化经营的过程中,要做好充分的文化准备。

With the rapid development of the integration of the global economy, Chinese geological prospecting enterprises are moving to internationalize their development process through shares and acquiring enterprises of host countries where they engaged in resource development. This paper analyzes the major risks the geological prospecting enterprises face in advancing the international business such as political risk, exchange rate risk, market risk, the risk of cross-cultural management, financial risk and technical risk. This paper offers preventive measures aimed at the above-mentioned risks in the context of： making great efforts on risk management and timely dealing with the risk, establishing perfect international risk management system on the basis of implementing the international operation strategy, in the process of international operation, the enterprises should be well prepared for culture.
