摘要
随着加工番茄连年种植,病虫害的种类也在不断增加,发病与危害程度也越来越严重,特别是土传病害影响更广泛,也更深远。2009年初步观察到了加工番茄黄萎病,并开始进行研究。新疆石河子有关加工番茄黄萎病害发现与观察研究方面的报道还未见到,本研究的重点是对加工番茄黄萎病的田间病状、室内病症及病原菌株进行观察;对加工番茄病原菌大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb.TVSHZ)的培养、鉴定、纯化及增殖进行了探索;对其主要生物学特性进行了观察,以便对加工番茄黄萎病有更多的了解。
According to the investigation,we found the strain Verticillium dahliae Kleb.TVSHZ as wilt pathogen on processing tomato in local region.Further,we cultured,purified,and identified the pathogen to confirm the identity.We found that the disease affects the plants in early stage of florescence and fruit setting.We observed that conidiophores,micro-sclerotia and conidia of Verti.cillium dahliae Kleb.TVSHZ on processing tomato were different from the ones reported on cotton.
