摘要
脱毒马铃薯试管苗的扦插快繁技术是近年来采取的一项新型、实施较为快捷的实用手段,应用组织培养技术推广脱毒种薯,不但能够获得无病毒苗,而且缩短无病毒薯的生长周期,还能显著提高马铃薯产量和质量。文章综述常见的与试管苗壮苗相关的因素,以及不同的光照条件、外源激素浓度、蔗糖浓度对不同品种马铃薯试管薯诱导形成的影响。
A novel implementation of a more efficient and practical means of cutting propagation technology of virus-free potato planflets have been taken in recent years. Application of tissue culture techniques to promote vires-free seed potatoes can not only get virus-free seedlings and shorten the potato virus growth cycle, but also significantly increase potato yield and quality. This paper includes the common relevant factors about the strong seedling, and discussed the effect of different lighting conditions, concentration of exogenous hormones, sucrose concentration on the microtuber induction of different varieties.
