摘要
目的:探讨Orem自理模式对膀胱癌输尿管皮肤造口术患者的护理效果。方法:将46例膀胱癌行输尿管皮肤造口术患者随机分为两组,对照组和研究组各23例,研究组应用Orem自理理论对研究组患者进行评估,确立护理诊断,制定和实施护理计划;对照组给予常规护理。在出院前对两组患者术后相关知识和护理方法掌握情况进行比较。结果:研究组对相关知识和护理方法的掌握情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将Orem自理模式运用于膀胱癌输尿管皮肤造口术后患者的护理,可增强患者自护能力,提高其生存质量。
Objective ： To explore the effect of Orem self - nursing model on nursing patients with bladder carcinoma after ureterocutaneostomy. Methods ：46 patients with bladder cancer who were given the operation of ureterocutaneostomy were randomly divided into control group and study group with 23 cases in each group. Used the Orem self - nursing model as theoretical framework to evaluate the disease of patients in study group and adopted correct nursing diag- nosis and nursing plan, patients in control group were given routine nursing. The understanding in knowledge correlated to nursing after ureterocutaneostomy was surveyed ahd compared between two groups before their discharge from hospital. Results ：The level of correlated knowledge in study group was signifi- cantly better than that in control group, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）;. Conclusion ：The application of Orem self - nursing model in nursing patients with bladder carcinoma after ureterocutaneostomy may enhance their ability of self care and improve their quality of survival
