摘要
目的:提高急性中毒患者整体护理质量,促进病情康复,改善预后。方法:分析评估926例急诊科收治的急性中毒患者的心理特点,并进行相应的心理护理及心理健康教育,根据患者接受治疗的依从性及病情转归,评价心理护理效果。结果:急性中毒患者抑郁心理发生率高,经针对性心理护理干预后,患者接受治疗的依从性明显改善。其中774例患者病情改善出院,120例患者收住院或转院,20例患者逃离医院,12例患者死亡。结论:恰当的心理护理有利于急性中毒患者救治措施的实施及病情康复。
Objective：To improve the quality of holistic nursing in patients with acute poisoning, promote rehabilitati0h and improve the prognosis. Meth- eds：The psychological characteristics of 926 acute poisoning patients were analyzed and evaluated, and then according to the psychological charaetmisties of the patients ,psychological nursing interventions were performed. The effects of psychological nursing were evaluated according tO the compliance of treatment and clinical outcomes. Results：Depression psychology among acute poisoning was higher, after psychological nursing could improve the compliableness of patients, and could benefit from it. 774 patients＇ condition improved and discharged, 120 patients admitted to the hospital or referral,20 patients fled the hos- pital, 12 patients died. Conclusions：Appropriate psychological nursing has positive effect on improving the treatment and rehabilitation.
