走出去战略是经济全球化背景下。中国企业参与国际合作与竞争的必然选择。企业走出去离不开金融部J＇l的大力支持。金融机构不断丰富走出去金融产品和服务模式，并且加快海外布局，积极提升全球服务能力。人民银行及国家外汇局作为金融和外汇主管部门，不断完善企业用汇管理，引导金融市场产品创新，开展国际货币合作，积极为企业走出去打造良好的外部环境。然而金融支持企业走出去仍有大量需要改进和完善的工作。

The 'Go out' strategy is an inevitable option for Chinese firms to engage in international cooperation and competition. To support Chinese firms going global, the financial institutions should enrich their products and services, accelerate their overseas expansion, and improve their services on a global scale. The financial authorities, meanwhile, should facilitate the 'go out' strategy through improving foreign exchange management, encouraging financial innovation and conducting international monetary cooperation.
