摘要
不丹远程教师教育计划是国家教育学院创建的以计算机通信技术为载体的教师培训形式,通过网络媒介的沟通交流提高在职教师培训质量。计划实施过程中通信技术的介入包括三个远程学习系统的建立:学习资源管理系统、学员信息管理系统和在线信息交流系统。计划实施之后的反馈信息搜集和效果评估将对我国远程教师教育提供有益启示。
Distance teacher education program in Bhutan based on information and communication technology (ICT) is put forward by the National Institute of Education(NIE). The plan is to improve the quality of in-service teacher training by using ICT, including three distance learning systems: learning resource management system, student information management system and online information exchange system. Feedback information collection and effect evaluation after the plan also provide beneficial inspiration for us.
