摘要
采用改进的硅钼蓝分光光度法测定高纯水中痕量级可溶性硅的含量,有效检测高纯水的质量。在室温下,以L-抗坏血酸作为还原剂,水中可溶性硅(Ⅳ)与钼酸铵生成硅钼黄,进而在柠檬酸环境中被还原为硅钼蓝,10 min显色,815nm测量,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=5.35×104L/mol.cm。
A modified silicon molybdenum-blue photometric method for the determination of trace silicon content in high purity water is studied. According to the experiment, soluble Si (IV) can react with ammonimn molybdate and generate silicon molybdenum-yellow, then taking L-ascorbic acid as reductant the silicon molybdenum yellow is reduced to form silicon molybdenum-blue in citric acid at room temperature. The colourdeveloping time is 10 min, measuring wave length is 815nm, and apparent molar absorption coefficient is 5.35 × 10^4 L.mol^-1. cm^-1
