摘要
罗茨真空泵噪声的测量一贯沿用GB/T 21271《真空技术——真空泵噪声测量》,没有充分考虑到罗茨真空泵噪声的发声特殊性,测量条件严重脱离了罗茨真空泵现实的安装和运行条件,不能真实反映罗茨真空泵的噪声水平,影响了泵噪声的研究和控制。经过多年研究和论证后,提出了在符合罗茨真空泵真实安装和运行状态下的、采用全矩形平行六面体测量表面的罗茨真空泵噪声测量方法,从而保证了泵噪声测量值的真实性和准确性。
Measurement for the noise of Roots vacuum pump has always followed the GB/T21271 《vacuum technology-- vacuum pump noise measurements》, which doesn't fully take into account the particularity of the noise of Roots vacuum pumps, and the measurement conditions are seriously out of the installation and operating conditions of the Roots vacuum pump in reality. This affect the research and control of the pump noise for that it can't truely reflect the noise level of the Roots vacuum pump. After years of research and demonstration, the measurement method which adopts full-rectangular parallelepiped measuring surface was put forward in line with the actual installation and operation status of the Roots vacuum pump, thus the authenticity and accuracy of the pump noise measurements are ensured.
