一种单孔真空注油新方法

A novel technique for vacuum oil-filling in a single hole

摘要 在电力设备或医疗设备中,常常需要采用真空注油工艺,以避免空气中的水分滞留设备内部,从而提高其绝缘性能。传统的工艺方法操作复杂,工作效率低,辅助设备多,成本高。本文提出一种新的工艺,能够满足对设备进行真空注油的要求,特别适合只有一个注油口的设备,其优势在于结构简单,操作方便,工作效率高,辅助设备少,生产成本低,该工艺已成功应用于生产实践。 Vacuum oil-filling is one of the most commonly-used techniques in electrical equipments and armaria to remove moisture from oil tanks and to improve the insulation performance. Classical approaches exhibit complicated operation, low efficiency, more auxiliary device requirements and high costs. A novel technique is proposed in this paper for the vacuum oilfilling for the equipments, especially which have only one hole. Due to its advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, high efficiency, less auxiliary device requirements and low costs, the introduced technique has been applied to productions.
