摘要 采用固相合成工艺制备了Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3(BNT),研究了BNT掺杂对符合X7R特性的0.95BaTiO3-yNb2O5-(0.05 y)Co2O3(BTNC)材料介电性能的影响。结果表明,掺入质量分数0.5%~2.0%的BNT的BTNC在–55~+150℃的容温变化率在±15%以内,且在室温和1 kHz下,其εr为2 615,tanδ为1.41×10–2,符合X8R特性。 Bi0.sNao.sTiO3(BNT) was prepared by solid phase synthesis method. The effects of BNT doping on dielectric properties of O.95BaTiO3-yNb2O5(0.05-y)Co2O3(BTNC) with specification X7R were investigated. Obtained results show that the BTNC ceramics doped with BNT of mass fraction of 0.5%-2.0% possess the properties of △C/C25℃≤±l 5% at-55-q-150 ℃, εr=2 615 and tanO= 1.41 × 10-2 (under the condition of 1 kHz and room temperature ). This BNTC ceramic has X8R dielectric characteristic.
