20个切花菊品种抗旱性评价与筛选 被引量:26

摘要 以20个切花菊品种为材料,采用盆栽方法对其进行干旱处理(土壤含水量为田间持水量的40%左右),测定了与抗旱性相关的6个指标:茎粗、株高、根冠比、叶片相对含水量(RWC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率,并利用方差、主成分、隶属函数和聚类对多指标变量进行分析,全面评价了20个切花菊品种的抗旱性。结果表明:与切花菊抗旱性相关的6个指标经主成分分析被提取归纳为2个主成分,其中茎粗、株高、根冠比、RWC和MDA胁迫指数与切花菊抗旱性密切相关。采用聚类分析法将20份供试材料的抗旱性分为高抗旱、抗旱、低抗旱、不抗旱4个等级。其中,‘南农雪峰’为高抗旱品种,‘南农墨桂’‘金莲’‘南农红雀’‘风车菊2’‘小丽’‘南农玉珠’‘切花红’‘韩4’‘南农霞光’‘风车菊1’‘青心红’和‘南农双艳’12个为抗旱品种,‘南农小丽’‘精心之诚’‘韩2’‘金秋’‘南农勋章’和‘南农红枫’6个为低抗旱品种,‘南农惊艳’为不抗旱品种。 The potted dry method was used to evaluate the drought tolerance of 20 cut chrysanthemum varieties.In this study,6 indexes closely related to the drought tolerance were measured,including stem diameter,plant height,root-shoot ratio,relative water content,MDA content and relative conductivity.And the drought tolerance capacity of 20 cut chrysanthemum varieties was evaluated by variance analysis,principal components analysis,subordinate function value analysis and cluster analysis.The results indicated that 6 drought-tolerance indexes could be classified into two component parts according to principal components analysis.The indexes including stress indexes of stem diameter,plant height,root-shoot ratio,relative water content and MDA content were tightly related to drought tolerance of 20 cut chrysanthemum varieties.Cluster analysis showed that 20 cut chrysanthemum varieties could be divided into highly tolerant,tolerant,lowly tolerant and non-tolerant groups,respectively.'Nannongxuefeng'was of the highest drought tolerance,12 cultivars represented by'Nannongmogui''Jinlian''Nannonghongque''Fengcheju 2''Xiaoli''Nannongyuzhu''Qiehuahong''Han 4''Nannongxiaguang''Fengcheju 1''Qingxinhong'and'Nannongshuangyan'were drought tolerant,6 cultivars represented by'Nannongxiaoli''Jingxinzhicheng''Han 2''Jinqiu''Nannongxunzhang'and'Nannonghongfeng'were of low resistance to drought,and 'Nannongjingyan'was not tolerant to drought.
