摘要
以215家广东LED企业为样本,采用结构方程模型检验知识的缄默性、复杂性对产业技术学习绩效的影响,以及网络属性对知识的缄默性、复杂性与产业技术学习绩效关系的调节效应。研究结果显示,(1)知识的缄默性、复杂性对广东LED产业技术学习绩效具有显著的负向影响;(2)尽管广东LED企业充分利用了网络中心性的有利位置去获取缄默性较高的外部技术知识,但是对于复杂程度较高的外部技术知识,网络中心性没有起到明显的调节作用;(3)广东LED企业与外部创新资源的强关系有利于其尽快掌握外部LED产业技术中的缄默性知识以及复杂程度较高的核心产业技术。
Appling structural equation model, this paper conducts an empirical study on the influential factors of LED in- dustrial technology learning in Guangdong province. Evidences indicate that : ( 1 ) the tacitness and complexity of knowl- edge have negative effects on technology Iearning performance in Guangdong LED industry; (2) although Guangdong LED enterprises make full use of the centrality of their position in the LED industrial network to acquire external knowledge with high tacitness, the network centrality has no obvious adjustment effect as to external knowledge with high complexity; (3) stong ties with external innovation resources are helpful for Guangdong LED industry to get external tacit knowledge and core industrial technology with high complexity.
