摘要
通过对现行高校科研课题管理中存在管理理念、管理方法、管理制度、管理人员等问题的分析,引出ISO9000质量管理体系的可借鉴之处,从ISO9000质量管理体系的基本特点、科研课题过程管理、成功经验的借鉴等角度探讨将其引入高校科研课题管理的适用性及积极意义。
Based on the analysis of the problems in the management of the existing university scientific research projects in aspects of management philosophy, methods and systems, the paper discussed the applicability that university scientific research projects management introduced the ISO9000 quality management system. From aspects of the basic features of the ISO9000 quality management system, process management of scientific research projects, and the successful experience of the reference point, the paper also explored the positive significance of ISO9000 quality management system bto the man- agement of university scientific research projects.
