摘要
从我国高校团队建设的现状出发,总结建设创新性教学科研团队的原因,并对其概念进行界定和分析;根据国内外有关团队的实证研究成果,论文从团队多职能性和开放性两个视角分析高校创新性教学科研团队的组建特征,从团队交流和团队信任两个视角分析其运作特征。认为高校创新性教学科研团队的行为应分为教学行为、科研行为和学习行为三个方面,并提出完善团队行为的策略。
Based on the status quo of the structure about teams in university, this paper sums up the reasons for construc- ting innovative teams of teaching and researching ( ITI'R). Then, the definition and analyses of this team concept are giv- en. According to the literatures of team, this paper analyses characters of ITTR in team composition and process, while the first character is divided into multi - function and openness and the second can be explained into communication and trust. Finally, this paper considers that the behaviors of BTR are teaching, researching and learning. At the same time, it puts up the strategies of strengthening these behaviors and provides another reference to the constructions of teams in university.
