国防科技基础条件平台组织间知识分享机制研究

The Inter-organizational Knowledge Sharing Mechanism in Science and Technology Infrastructure of National Defense

在分析知识分享的相关文献后,总结出影响组织间知识分享的要素,并对要素进行分解、细化。以国防科技工业企业及高校作为调查对象进行问卷调查,对问卷结果进行信度检验。对结果进行因子分析及回归分析,找出国防科技基础条件平台组织间知识分享的关键要素及相互关系,发现组织间的合作关系、知识分享意愿及能力对知识分享绩效有显著性影响。

First, influencing factors of inter - organizational knowledge sharing are summed up and refined based on the re- lated literature review. Second, the questionnaire survey and results reliability test are carried out by taking the national de- fense industry and universities as survey objects. Finally, the key factors and relationships of inter - organizational knowl- edge sharing in the national defense science and technology infrastructure are identified by the factor analysis and regression analysis. We found that the cooperation relationship, knowledge sharing willingness and ability have a significant effect on knowledge sharing performance.
