Empirical Research on the Effectiveness of User Engagement for Enterprise Information System Project

摘要 在对信息系统项目和用户参与的有关文献进行分析的基础之上,提出一个用户参与有效性测度框架,进一步通过问卷调查和数据,运用科学的统计分析工具通过实证测量分析寻找提高用户参与有效性的对策建议。 On the basis of the analysis of the literature related to information systems projects and user engagement, a framework for the user engagement effectiveness measurement is built. Furthermore, using the survey and data, the scientific statistical analysis tool is used to find suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of user engagement.
