摘要
目的:观察眼镜蛇毒对大鼠丘脑网状核(thalamicreticular nucleus,TRN)c-jun表达的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为正常组、生理盐水组和眼镜蛇毒组,每组各6只。灌注固定、取脑包埋、石蜡切片。运用免疫组织化学染色法,观察并比较c-jun在各组大鼠TRN的分布情况。结果:眼睛蛇毒组大鼠TRN c-jun阳性细胞数及表达强度较正常组、生理盐水组均显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:眼镜蛇毒对大鼠TRN c-jun的表达有上调作用。
Objective : To observe the effects of naja naja atra ( N. atra, Chinese cobra) venom on the expression of c-jun in the thalamic reticular nucleus(TRN) of rats. Methods :Rats were randomly divided into groups of normal control, administration of saline or N. atra venom( n = 6 for each group). After preparation of the animal models with intravital perfusion fixation,the brain tissues were taken out and embedded in paraffin for section. Immunohistochemistry technique was used to observe the expression of c-jun in the TRN from the rats in each group. Results : The c-jun positive cells in the TRN of rats intervened with N. atra venom were more numerous and more intensively expressed as compared with those from the controls and saline group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion :N. atra venom appears to facilitate up-regulation of c-jun expression in the TRN of rats.
