Study on A New Type and High Efficient Granulation Salt Production Technology

采用半干法造粒技术,对精制盐进行加水半干法造粒,选取造粒产品形状规则的对辊式造粒机作为新型造粒盐的造粒设备,了解粉体造粒基本成型原理和基本工艺构想设计,从提高盐造粒的成型率,破碎强度,品质,以及操作条件的影响因数等方面对盐造粒的工艺进行研究,并对新型造粒盐的溶解速率性能和防结块性能进行研究表征,研究出一种形状为椭球形,颗粒规则均匀的新型高效盐造粒生产工艺技术。

Carry out adding water semi-dry granulation to refined salt with semi-dry granulation technology and take the roll granulator which produces regular shape granulated products as the granulating equipment of new type granulation salt. This paper introduces the basic forming principle of powder granulation and basic technology conceived design and studies the granulation salt technology from improving the forming rate of granulation salt, crushing strength, quality ,the influencing factors of operating conditions and etc. The characterization study of the dissolution rate performance and anti-caking performance of the new type granulation salt is made and we develop a kind of new high efficient granulation salt production technology of ellipsoidal and regular and uniformed granulation salt.
