浅谈实现自备电厂经济安全运行的途径

Brief Discussion on the Method of Realizing the Economic and Safe Operation of Captive Power Plant

针对国家电力部门实施的两部制电价政策,结合制盐企业发用电实际情况,拟提出了运用隔离变压器改造电网运行结构,以减少基本电费支出;并实施分散式低周减载,实现制盐企业发用电设备经济安全运行。

According to the implementation of two-part tariff policy of the national power sector and combining to the actual power producing and use situation in salt making enterprises, we propose to use isolation transformer to change the grid operation structure to reduce basic power expenses firstly and then take distributed low cycle load shedding to realize the economic and safe operation of the power producing and use equipment of salt enterprises.
