摘要
在实验的基础上,对油源动态特性与电液控制系统控制精度间的关系展开实验研究,得出了负载变动与油源压力波动之间的耦合规律,并对阀前蓄能器进行不同初始充气压力和不同初始容积的负载实验,得出其初始充气压力和初始容积的影响规律,为根据系统控制精度要求选择充气压力和初始容积提供实践参考。
Based on experiments, the relationship between dynamic characteristics of oil source and control precision was analyzed in detail, and the coupling laws between the load variation and the pres- sure ripple of oil--source were obtained. Thus, starting with precharge pressure and volum of the ac- cumulator at inlet of the valve, the rule was obtained by experiments, which can give reference for se- lecting precharge pressure and volum of the accumulator according to the requirements of system con- trol precision.
