PQF连轧钢管温度场数值模拟

摘要 为优化连轧钢管生产工艺、提高荒管产品质量、降低轧制设备能耗,对PQF连轧过程传热机理进行分析,采用有限差分法建立传热数学模型,求解连轧钢管温度场分布情况。该模型能处理轧制过程中复杂的变形场以及各种热力学边界条件,反映钢管在连轧过程中的温度变化规律。仿真结果与现场实测数据吻合良好。 In order to optimize the forming technology of continuous rolling steel, improve the product quality of pierced billet, and decrease energy consumption of rolling equipment, a mathemati- cal model of heat transfer was established, which can be used to solve temperature field distribution rule of the continuous rolling steel tube. This model was built with finite difference method (FDM), by analyzing the heat--transfer mechanism of PQF deformation process. In the model, the complex distortion field and all kinds of thermodynamics boundary conditions can be accomplish. Comparison between simulation solutions and experimental results shows a good agreement, which means that the model is capable of forecasting the temperature chan^e rule durina the POF deformation Process.
