摘要
代谢综合征是以肥胖、血脂代谢异常、糖尿病或糖耐量异常、高血压为主要表现的一组症候群。目前在全球范围内广泛流行,是公认的心血管疾病危险因素。但临床上缺乏早期识别和筛查代谢综合征的有效手段。高三酰甘油-腰围表型被认为是筛查代谢综合征的一种简便且价格低廉的工具,有较好的临床应用前景。
Metabolic syndrome（MS） is a group of diseases that clustering adiposity, dyslipidemia, diabetes/glucose intolerance and hypertension. Currently, MS is prevalent in the whole world, and is risk factor for cardiovascular disease by common consent. Nevertheless, we lack of a kind of efficient approach for discrimination and screening. Hypertriglyceridemic-waist phenotype is regarded as a screening tool which is simple and cheap, and will have a well prospect clinically.
