摘要
心房颤动是临床上最常见的持续性快速心律失常,其治疗目前仍以药物为基础,近年来随着介入治疗的不断发展,从肺静脉口点消融、节段性消融、环肺静脉电隔离、碎裂心房电位消融到心房迷走神经节消融,以及外科改良Cox迷宫术等新技术新方法的应用,大大提高了心房颤动治疗的成功率且显著减少了手术并发症。现就心房颤动的诊治进展进行综述。
Atrial fibrillation （AF） is the most common cardiac tachyarrhythmia. Currently, pharmacotherapy is the basic treatment for AF. However, the development of interventional therapies like pulmonary vein ablation, segmental ostial catheter ablation, circumferential pulmonary vein ablation, and the Maze procedures have improved the success rate of the treatment of AF and decreased operational complica- tions. This article reviews advances in the diagnostic process and treatment of AF.
