CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道砂浆充填层施工工艺研究

Research on construction technology of mortar filling layer of CRTS Ⅰ slab ballast-less track

通过宁安铁路CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道首件工程CA砂浆充填层的施工,从CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道CA砂浆搅拌工艺、灌注工艺进行了论述,提出了CA砂浆施工准备工作、CA砂浆灌注及防污染处理等工序的施工方法,解决了CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道CA砂浆充填层施工中常见的难点问题。

Through the construction of first project CA mortar filling layer of CRTS Ⅰ slab ballast-less track of Ning-An railway,discussed from CRTS Ⅰ slab ballast-less track CA mortar mixing process,perfusion process,proposed the construction methods of preparation of CA mortar construction,CA mortar perfusion and pollution prevention and other construction methods,solved the common difficult problems of CRTS Ⅰ slab ballast-less track CA mortar filling layer construction.
