摘要
针对侯西线k22+248,两孔4.0 m盖板箱涵存在的混凝土酥裂掉块、裂纹漏筋等病害,采用D型便梁架空线路、涵内搭设施工便道、涵外吊装、利用枕木台车运送更换新旧盖板的施工方案进行了施工,采用滚动枕木台车运送盖板的方案,有效的避免了反复搭设枕木排架的工作,既减少了对行车组织的影响,又保证了施工安全顺利的进行。
According to the concrete cracks,leakages and other diseases existed in Houma west line k22+248,double 4.0 m cover plate culvert,made construction using type D easy beam erection overhead lines,culvert construction detour,culverts hoisting,using sleepers trolley transporting replacement of old and new cover schemes,using the scheme of rolling sleeper car transport cover scheme,effectively avoid the work of repeated erection sleeper frame,which reduced the influence to crane organization,and ensured the safe and smooth construction.
